Summary:
Maverick Partners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that elevate our brand, expand our service offerings, and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building mutually beneficial partnerships within the digital industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Source Partnership Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential partners, including digital agencies and technology providers, that align with Maverick Partners’ values, target audience, and growth objectives.
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Design comprehensive partnership strategies, outlining clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tactical execution plans that deliver measurable results.
- Negotiate and Close Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutual value with clear opportunity for growth.
- Manage and Nurture Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, co-marketing initiatives, and the achievement of shared goals.
- Track and Analyse Partnership Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships against agreed-upon KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation, and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
- Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend and actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster new relationships and stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the digital industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in a digital agency environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Existing network of contacts within the digital industry.
