About the role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team to work on a range of exciting client projects. You’ll be comfortable working closely with our Product & Technical Leads to create and develop the product vision and roadmap and working closely with client stakeholders and the internal delivery team.

Help define and create the Product vision, roadmap and backlog and be confident articulating this to internal and external stakeholders inline with the business requirements
Leverage analytics and insights to guide the design process and create user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and annotations as required.
Work closely with the product and engineering team in an agile sprint environment. Communicate with team members and stakeholders in an effective and confident manner.
Write test scripts and conduct user testing sessions to validate proposed solutions. Develop clickable prototypes for rapid reviews, development and testing.
Run workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders. Conduct research to understand user needs and requirements.
About you
Highly organised, motivated and able to work well as part of a close team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project/product development experience, a thorough understanding of the complete product life-cycle.
Confident working in an agile environment with a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking with strong documentation skills.
Experience running user research sessions/workshops.
Proven experience designing for responsive and adaptive web. Confident using design tools Sketch, Marvel/InVision (or equivalent), Adobe CC suite etc.
An ability to tell compelling stories about your designs and present your work with confidence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to tight deadlines.
