Partnerships Manager

Summary:

Maverick Partners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that elevate our brand, expand our service offerings, and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building mutually beneficial partnerships within the digital industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Source Partnership Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential partners, including digital agencies and technology providers, that align with Maverick Partners’ values, target audience, and growth objectives.
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Design comprehensive partnership strategies, outlining clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tactical execution plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Negotiate and Close Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutual value with clear opportunity for growth.
  • Manage and Nurture Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, co-marketing initiatives, and the achievement of shared goals.
  • Track and Analyse Partnership Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships against agreed-upon KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation, and communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
  • Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend and actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster new relationships and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the digital industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a digital agency environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Existing network of contacts within the digital industry.

Senior UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team to work on a range of exciting client projects. You’ll be comfortable working closely with our Product & Technical Leads to create and develop the product vision and roadmap and working closely with client stakeholders and the internal delivery team.

A little more detail about the role

Help define and create the Product vision, roadmap and backlog and be confident articulating this to internal and external stakeholders inline with the business requirements

Leverage analytics and insights to guide the design process and create user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and annotations as required. 

Work closely with the product and engineering team  in an agile sprint environment. Communicate with team members and stakeholders in an effective and confident manner.

Write test scripts and conduct user testing sessions to validate proposed solutions. Develop clickable prototypes for rapid reviews, development and testing.

Run workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders. Conduct research to understand user needs and requirements. 

About you

Highly organised, motivated and able to work well as part of a close team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project/product development experience, a thorough understanding of the complete product life-cycle.

Confident working in an agile environment with a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking with strong documentation skills.

Experience running user research sessions/workshops.

Proven experience designing for responsive and adaptive web. Confident using design tools Sketch, Marvel/InVision (or equivalent), Adobe CC suite etc.

An ability to tell compelling stories about your designs and present your work with confidence.

Technical Architect

About the role 

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our delivery team to work on an exciting client project. You’ll be comfortable collaborating with our team, developing product features and roadmap ideas and working closely with client stakeholders, 3rd party partners as well as the internal delivery team. 

This is a hands-on Technical Architect role to support the design and scoping of various client products. Working closely with the client and 3rd party partners, you will inform the architectural choices that will be applied throughout the business to deliver value for our client. You will work alongside the Product & Creative teams, to shape the solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Rapidly understand the existing technical architecture
  • Work closely with the client and 3rd party partners to design and support  a new technical approach for the existing sign-up flow
  • Understanding of latest responsive and accessibility technologies using the React framework, with mobile first delivery
  • Ability to design Frontend API interfaces for Backend delivery
  • Create scalable architecture roadmaps for delivery of the product
  • Support the agile delivery process by providing technical leadership
  • Help drive a collaborative learning culture within the agile team

What you will need

The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:

  • Self starting, problem solving attitude. 
  • Demonstrable experience of good coding patterns and understanding of multithreaded code. 
  • Phenomenal  communication skills. 
  • An eye for detail and the desire to make sure things are done right 
  • Experience working in headless technology environments
  • Track record of working with ecommerce solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud based architecture patterns.
  • Highly collaborative outlook and demonstrable experience working in a cross functional team with stakeholders across various timezones and countries.
